I measure 10 3/4 inches from the floor under the carpet to the bottom of the
horizontal square tube, and 2 3/16 inches from the wall to the outside edge
of seatbelt bracket attachment point. I took some pics so you can see how I
measured, and where my seat bracket squares up. Sorry the marks on the tape
don't show up-- hard to get my lame camera to focus well in the dark!
