Indeed, this qualifies you for the title of Longest Continuous Poster. For those interested, here's the oldest Unca' Joel post in the archives: <http://gerry.vanagon.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind9404&L=vanagon&D=0&P=264> Using the "left arrow" button on the toolbar (leftmost button), we see that this is the third post to the list, with the first being from Gerry (the person) saying "the list is up" and the second being from some guy saying "It got here". I think Joel deserves the "First Post with VW Content" trophy.

I actually sat down and read every message in the first 2 years worth of archives in chronological order once and made note of the memorable stuff.. Other nonsense I turned up includes first list mention of the term "Uncle Joel": <http://gerry.vanagon.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind9407&L=vanagon&F=&S=&P=8373> and the first appearance of the modern usage "Unca Joel": <http://gerry.vanagon.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind9407&L=vanagon&P=R13975>
