The first year of the Este, was held on memorial day weekend. That was the best attendence of any of the Estes. If held on a regular weekend, it is likely to become a 1 day or 1/2 day event, as folks will use Sunday for traveling home and possible part of Saturday traveling to the event. Not everyone can afford to take a couple of extra days off. That's why I suggested earlier this year that it be held on Memorial Day weekend.
