OK....I'm converting my wasserboxer to flex fuel, and building a still in my back yard! As soon as the cellulose eating enzymes are available, I'll be able to run my syncro on alcohol distilled from the lawn clippings from the neighborhood! I'll heat my still with solar power and be green and independent. It may sound silly but the technology is already here. Just takes work and imagination. ~~~ Hi Anthony, if I give you a continuous supply of potato peelings could you still up some for me. I prefer the potato peelings or soured fermented corn.

'Build your fire with hickory. Hickory ash and oak. Don't use no pine or rotten wood they'll get you by the smoke'' Apolgies to Joan Baez version of "Copper Kettle".

If this is a continuous still then we could use old grape must and produce a fine grappa. However the revenue and taxation boys from ATF may take some interest.

Please describe the process a bit more. Is this to be a batch or continuous distillation? Small scale of course especially if solar will be used to heat via electricity.

"Let freedom ring" Damn the numbers, full speed ahead!
