The accounting for costs has been fully explained.

I was talking with the owner of a shop that specializes in British vehicles. And he told the tale of people who see those car shows on TV, where they strip a car down, and rebuild it in a week. And then they wonder why he can't. It explains, it is simple. If you pay for the 40 some people and the 80 hours per person they use for those car programs, he can get it done in a week too.

Just because you don't understand the costs, doesn't mean they aren't there.
