Some times an O2 sensor comes out pretty well with a long wrench and a little cussin. On my 2.1 tho I've had that exhaust pipe in a vice with the proper size box wrench on the sensor with an added piece of pipe, heated it with a MAPP gas torch and failed. Since then I've checked the voltage behavior of the sensor and decided that maybe it doesn't have to come out after all. :-) Are you sure that your sensor is bad? Larry A.
