I saw an incomplete one about a year ago. The shop doing it had to cut
the back out of the engine compartment.  The owner/dreamer ran out of money
so it was unfinished and the shop is out of business.
     They were going to run a mechanical Fuel injection pump.  I think it
would be easier/cheaper to just do a VW TDI and tune it up a bit like Fast
Forward does.  At least it fits, sort of.
