Was looking in a Hot VW Mag recently to see if there was any suppliers that might have unique items for the Vanagon, and found some interesting items.

First was a battery disconnect system with several options. Seems like an ideal theft deterrent. http://www.watsons-streetworks.com/battery.html

The second was an interesting 3rd brake light system with flashing turn signals. http://www.watsons-streetworks.com/leds_plus.html

The 3rd was an interesting life time warranty power window system: http://www.watsons-streetworks.com/vw.html

On another site I found: A company the has rebuilt 2.1L engines. http://www.jcsvwparts.com/

2.0L 4 cylinder Tiico Conversions: http://www.transporterwerks.com/engine/conversion.htm

Steering Wheels: (Not sure if these would fit but they look great) http://www.socalautoparts.com/Catalog/CatalogQuickSearch.aspx (search steering wheels)
