"one of my projektzwo fogglasses is badly chipped. does anyone know of an aftermarket glass to fit in there or better yet is there some stuff to fill the cracks with, like they do with windshields?"

Not quite what you're asking for Florian, but a suggestion. I got the GoWesty Stone Guard headlight protectors. The one's for Vanagon's aren't listed there now, but the one's for EuroVans are: http://www.gowesty.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=74-07-80&Category_Code=ac-e-misc

Here's a link to an outfit that sells bulk in any size you order. You cut/shape it the way you want: http://www.stickercity.com/store/product.php?productid=18737&cat=496&page=1

...point being that putting these on will "seal" whatever you've got now. I put them on, and a week later had a rock hit the very top of the high beam (inside square lens), above the cover where there was about 1/8" lens showing, and cracked it, but that was over a year ago and there is still no moisture inside or change to that beam. So, these things do a good job of cutting down on lens problems. I have Hella 550 rectangular driving lights on the bumper and have been swearing that I'll get some of this stuff and cover them as well .... procrastination, or what. It's been a year.
