Although I drive mostly Saab turbo I am no Turbo expert but I can tell you this...

If the guy is not quoting bars of pressure that the turbo pump is creating then it's 100% snakeoil. If a turbo needs to spring 100K RPM to create the pressure it needs how much do you think this hair dryer attached to a intake hose will work! Additionally if it was creating any type of measurable pressure wouldn't it need a waste gate/blow off valve to control the flow.

I am curious to what RPM a supercharge spins at, completely ignorant on that one.

It's not a bad theory if but I'm sure the quality is not there for the dollars spent but then again even if it adds 1/4HP to a stock waterboxer...is that not enough!
