Thanks for the replies, Roger and others. I just was under the van again. I think my noise is maybe coming from the top of the stabilizer link hitting the coil on the passenger side (the same side where the stabilizer bar sticks through this bushing by a good 3/4 of an inch). On the driver side, I can easily fit my finger between the coil and the stabilizer link, but on the passenger side, they're far too close together, so I have a feeling the stabilizer link ends up hitting the coil on the passenger side, and that's what's causing my nose. How do I reposition the stabilizer link? The lower bushing is certainly pretty worn, but not more so than on the driver side.
