Check out Forward Air.  Not viable if they don't have a terminal in your
area but fair pricing.  I just received (a month ago) a large crate, 100+
pounds, shipped from the Montreal area to Seattle, less than $120.  BUT, you
have to drop off ready to go at one end, pick up at there terminal at the
other.  And in my case I had to chase the Customs paper work around myself.
And there was a $30 'docking fee' at my end.  But all in all not bad.

Please note - During the past 17 years of operation, several gigabytes of Vanagon mail messages have been archived. Searching the entire collection will take up to five minutes to complete. Please be patient!
