Subject: 72-29 Westy Sink Pump Question

I want an inline sink pump (not submersible) for the custom tank I am puttin in my passenger syncro camper. I see eurovan Shurflow ones that for will work, but its $60 plus shipping and is overkilll for my needs.

Does anyone know if the 72-79 westy in line sink pump needs to have gravity feed water to it, or can it suck the water out of the tank if the tank is below it and then on to the sink.

If not, this would be my next choice. Any other better choices?
