Hi Mike,

Early last summer I parted out an 87 passenger van, and at some point after I pulled the shocks I needed to jack up the van. Imagine my surprise when both rear coil springs dropped out.

If you're driving around with a shock missing, keep it gentle. The springs are only held in place by the weight of the van.
