Yes, there is an O-Ring for the dipstick tube. In the engine gasket kits I've used it's a little green one.

I'm running ETKA 5.3 on my Dell Inspiron 8600 laptop with windows XP home. I also have to use a "Scrolling desktop" program to see whole ETKA pages. Anyway, after you undergo the special "XP" install procedure, it works fine.
