Jim's right. I didn't look up the relay data, just responded to the issue on
telling if the bus was California emissions. Looking it up on our website,
the 071906059 relay fits all thru '78, and '79 without California emissions,
just as Jim says   So since your bus is a '76, the California emissions
issue is moot.

I think the verbage on our listing for this part ("74-78  1979 Fed."), while
accurate, may have been misconstrued. I have reworded it to make it more
clear that the 1979 listing is the only one for which the "Federal" issue
applies.
