I've swapped a lock over. It's easy enough, but there are fiddly
little screws & springs. I did it up tightly but the damn thing soon
fell out, so I'll have to find & recombinate the old lock! Warning:
Use red LocTite (626?) on the screw!

Can Steve modify the lock to take a double-sided key?
