The surface corrosion is prettey common. But. There is a plate welded on by it's four corners. It collects and incubates rust big time. The tank maybe looking nice and the place under the plate is halfway rusted through. I have seen it rusted through totally several times. One has to cut it out nad weld in a plate of the same size and bent to shape. Good welding is essential. You can check how much is missing of the material if you lay a straight edge accross. Basically the whole things is a simple pipe with both ends having caps welded on. Inside it has the arrangement that needed for the operation. The valve and all the other parts can be changed and is available at the RV stores. Zoltan
