Ok, i have installed 10 canvas in a row... most from GoWesty, some from CIP1.com and 2 from Busdepot. Verdict (cotton version): All good, only the one from Busdepot feel different, at fist i was not impress with this one, feel way tinner and cheaper...but! after i had finish the installation, i was very happy (not to say impress)with the fit, feel and look (but me, i don't like the front square window), they were single square front window. this canvas strech easily (but it feel like i would tear it apart at first) and yes, the Busdepot one are the closest in size to the original than the other ones. Stangly, the Gowesty one were 2.5 inchs way to high??? not a big problem but stil. Also, i did some testing with heavy water! Again, i was sure that the Busdepot one wouldn't be good under heavy water.... again i was wrong. The Gowesty and CIP1 look alike and fit alike, very good feel and fit also. I would like to see a 3 windows from Busdepot? Cheers, Ben Saving Westfalia vanagon from a sure death. http://www.benplace.com/84westy.htm |
