Hello All, I just picked up a very nice 91 Carat with a bad auto trans. I have a spare with low miles. I plan to swap in the fresher one. I have not worked with many of the autos before. Any advice or things i should watch for while the engine and trans are out. mechanically, the engine is in good shape, did a compression check, leak down and pressurized the cooling system, all checked out OK. Is there any reason to good reason to run Dextron II over the Dextron, or should I upgrade to sythetic? Anyone need a auto trans core? dylan
