I agree with Jim Felder and even before I saw his post, I was remembering this as something exactly like what happened a few years ago. Didn't remember his name like Jim did, but remembered the event.

I agree with Jake that at least one person, probably Chris, who got the profane reply, should send it to eBay. Others can if they want to, but the actual recipient is best.
