the only thing that holds it in is the braket that has 2 holes in it for each injector and a 10mm bolt holds it to he head. there are 4 injector seals 1 per injector
1 at the base of the injector into the head the other is large enough for the injector to be held in by the groove of the injector. not sure if that made sense but
what im saying is the upper seal grabs on to the injector and the bracket pushes the injector into the head and seals with another seal to the head. thats all.
if the upper injector seal (larger one) is missing or just slips down the injector it will allow the injector to come out of the head. hope this helps. the bentley
