hmm. must be a Bay area thing. every US model carat ive ever seen, in person, or online, has been fully loaded with power windows, mirrors, cruise, locks alloys, sideskirts, etc. all the same options. only variatons were the color of the paint. and all are 89-91 only. the carat badge was not a dealer add-on. i think that most people here will agree that the carats were pretty much made all the same.. im not talking about owner-modified vans such as my 84 wolfy where i stuck a carat badge on the hatch, and installed a carat interior either..
