Subject: Suggestions needed -- going on a wander
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

I will leaving Wisconsin for an approximate two-month trip beginning April 2. My dog, buddy, and I will travel to Atlanta, south into Florida for an indefinite period, then will drift west through Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and, possibly Texas and Arizona. I plan to visit sites important in our civil rights history and to wander the back roads whenever I can. My itinerary is vague and my timetable is the same. This is my chance to wander.

I am asking for your do's and don'ts suggestions for this trip. Anything you might want to offer is welcome. For example, what should I be sure to bring with me? What foods or meals are easy and nutritious to bring or prepare? How can I keep my costs down?

I have some experience traveling with my 89 Westphalia camper but want your comments to help me make the best of this trip. I will appreciate whatever suggestions you want to offer.

Dan R.
