Jonce The big end of the 1.9 and the 2.1 rod is the same size as the bug from 1961 on. the main differance between the bug and the 1.9 rod is wrist pin size 22 verses 24 MM I have nerver measured the lengths the 2.1 rod has differant hardware to hold the cap on

I buy bug and 1.9 rod sets if you have extras
