the only difference between a US model and a Canadian model vanagon is the speedometer is in Kph and the switch that says "fasten seat belts" above the headlight switch is different.

thats it. no other differences.

and a instrument cluster swap will take care of the above.

but yes, the real problem is Buracracy... chris
