I always figured out DOKA was german for double cab, but someone pointed out
the one for sale was not a DOKA...so what makes it a DOKA?

H = Hanover
G = Graz
All Syncros were made in Austria. So all Syncros will have a G before the
last six digits.
The 248 is the part that says that it is a DoKa.
