eBay was a very cool thing in the early days of it. It appears now to
be taken over by thieves. I have read many posts & articles about
people selling off fakes from jewelry to vanagons. eBay is being
asked to be held liable in suits.
I have also seen people pay more than what things are worth on eBay.
It seems to create the same monkey as gambling to many compulsive
internet consumers.
I had done a resto on a 65 walk thru bus, and had parts from West
Coast Metric and other well known parts companies left over that
weren't used. I ebayed them, and they sold for *more* than they cost
from the supplier.
What does that say? It looks like some folk have figured out how to
exploit this.
