The vehicle is a very obvious European vehicle, you can tell by the absence
of red side reflectors on the rear, the notches in the front signal markers,
the round European lights, European trailer hitch and electrical connector,
and the very obvious swapped VIN so that they can get it into the USA. All
Syncros sold in Canada and the USA had the square "multivan" lights. DoKa
will have 245 in the VIN - 254 is a passenger van. That truck is one hot
potato!

the reason it don't look right is the WV2YB part ... it's ok to have
been built in Hannover, but not as a YB bus.
should have been WV2ZZZ242 ... something ain't right, that's fer sure.
but the graz production of all buses didn't start til much later of that
year, 1990 (not 91).
besides, this turkey in Cedaredge, CO has screwed up before ...
he put a light blue doublecab in ebay before ... with the same vin as a
burgundy automatic in st. paul, mn!!!!
WV2YB0257LH061939!!!
so, caveat emptor!!!!

Ya know,
I went back and looked at it long and hard and something don't add up.
For example, the wheels are the 5.5" rims of a 2WD T3 instead of the 6"
rims and to me just nothing about it says Syncro....
Then I noticed how the ad is worded....
Quote:Dont miss out on this awsome (sic) converted Crew Cab Syncro Very
clean looks original it was done by a company in Canada Titled as truck
No Diff lock full time all wheel drive very clean no rust new paint only
has a few small dents at the rear of the bed just inside the rear
tailgate
Converted to Syncro? That might explain the H in the VIN...perhaps it
started life as a regular 2WD Doka from Hanover?
