use WURTH german alloy wheel paint. its the closest thing you'll get to a OEM looking color match. if the clearcoat is peeling you'll need to strip the old paint off the wheels..otherwise if you paint over peeling clearcoat, it will wrinkle and lift the new paint and you'll have to strip the whole wheel anyway. how do i know this? BTDT. otherwise if the old clear is not peeling, then just scuff the wheels with a scotchbrite pad, fill and sand any imperfections with spot putty, wash and dry wheels thoroughly, then spray paint them, then clear them.
