I actually got some exhaust system cement from NAPA a few weeks ago. It is made by Walker the exhaust people. I used it between some of the trouble spots in the Vanagon exhaust system (usually where all the pipes come together on the driver's side). It seems to work so far. I know that in the VW microfishe it shows some type of sealer that you are supposed to use with the exhaust pipes, but I have never ordered it or heard of anyone who has used it. The Walker stuff is the consistancy and appearance of roofing tar. Just FYI.
