Did you really think this through? What are your real plans? Restoration for show or really using it?

Drum brakes all around, no power assist. Sloppy steering box that can’t be fixed without machine work. Wheels without the j-bead safety ridge. 1500 single port engine with governor. You will learn to do valve jobs if you catch it before #3 drops the head and destroys the rest of the engine. When buying engines you need the special case to accommodate the rear mount. 30 amp generator.

Pre Vanagon days I owned a 67, 70, and 72. I know them well.

Let us know how we can help, Dennis

So I traded my diesel tird of a 1.6 1982 rivera vanagon for a 1970 Deluxe Adventurewagon Bus. I am wondering if anyone on the list has any great information as to another list such as this or resources that may help me with making some new friends and resources for my bus.

Thanks Adam Butler Florence Texas
