I seem to recall Chris Turner (jordanVW) once saying that the best way
to clean the carpets is to remove them and use a power washer.

I have done this with the rear carpet in both my 7 passenger and my
westy but what about the fronts?  If they were removed, which looks like
it would take some effort in both my vans (probably PO glue), did you
use glue of some sort when putting them back in?
