I lucked out last year and got a grille on Ebay for my round light conversion. I have been wondering what it is from. It has two round headlights like a pre '84 van but it has the larger VW emblem like on my '89. It has the smaller louvers.

I haven't gotten around to installing it and my new H4 round lights yet. I planned on putting in some smaller 5" lights later if I want more light. I would like to cut the holes lower though, I like the cabrio grille look better than the SA grille. Something about having the bottom of the lights lined up instead of the center makes it look more "euro" to me.

Any one know where my grille came from?
