The tech who finally got it going wasn't there when I picked it up, but from
what I was able to gather there were several things:
Fuel pump/relay/fuel pressure--another tech said he spent a lot of time
there.
Cylinder wash--they tested compression and all four cylinders were extremely
low; several weeks of trying to start it had taken its toll. Especially
since the first few weeks I was trying to start it with an incorrectly
installed timing belt.
That's really all I could get out of them. They were as happy to see it go
as I was to have it back. I'm going to talk to the tech who fixed it
tomorrow and see what he has to say.
