It's kind of hard to tell from your pic where things are connected. It looks like you've reoriented the 'S' hose and piped the intake air to the bottom left (driver's side) where you've mounted the turbo. It is driven by air you're piping off the exhaust somewhere from the right (passenger) side. I can't tell how you've piped the output of the turbo to the intake of your fuel system though...??? Did this require any changes to your computer or some other way of adjusting your mixture?
