So far we have speakers committed for the following conversions: Subaru Tiico GoWesty WBX upgrades Zetec Detlev, our usual VW/Audi I-5 expert will not be able to attend. So far we have no-one to speak on TDI or "domestic' I-4 conversions. (We're hoping David Marshall will show up) Each speaker will have 15-20 minutes to speak, distribute handout info, and answer questions on his particular conversion. I'm putting together an outline for each speaker of suggested info to cover and I'm I'm asking for YOUR INPUT as to what topics, questions you would like to see addressed by our speakers. WHAT QUESTIONS DO YOU HAVE ABOUT ENGINE CONVERSIONS? :: (PLEASE P-MAIL ME WITH YOUR SUGGESTIONS.) I welcome your suggestions, even if you're not coming to the event. These are my ideas so far: 1. Approximatikon how many conversions have been completed/on the road 2. What are the main benefits of this conversion? 3. What are the main issues to doing this conversion? During installation? Afterwards? 4. What general problems have come up after the conversion and extended miles. Solutions to these problems? 5. What is the general cost range professional installation of this conversion? 6. What is the gneral cost range for a DIY installation of this conversion? 7. Where is there support available for this conversion if I have problems? 8. Where can I go for repairs or maintenance for this conversion? 9. Where can I go online for more information about this conversion. I suggest that each speaker have availalble some handouts with specific info for their conversion.
