I never had any luck so I bought a KAE programmable wiper relay online, and all I can say is "don't bother". Instead of programming sensibly via switching to intermittent and back, you set the interval by pulling the lever to "wash". Totally non-intuitive. I eventually stumbled across a 99 relay on ebay.deand replaced that KAE garbage. These guys: <http://www.elv.de/> (enter "wi 95" in the "suche" box, lower left, to find it) make an aftermarket plug in replacement that duplicates the function of the classic programmable 99.
