33 ft lb Bentley 42.2. The grease needs to be in the joint, not in the boot, so the syringe is an iffy solution. The triple square or 12 point bolts are far better than Allen head ones, even better yet in comparison with used Allen head bolts. These used Allen head bolts should not be used, particularly if you are going to tighten these to spec. If you don't have a 12 point tool, you can buy one at many FLAPS. These were discussed recently. These bolts are much harder to strip. Without the proper tool, I would think it would be impossible to get them tightened anywhere near spec, especially on the outside joints.
