Maybe this link will help some. It shows installation of the relay used in the 1315 but without the 1315 control module attached. Really, all you need is an 8 gauge wire from each battery + terminal to either side of the relay main lugs. Then attach a ground wire from the male spade ground post of the 1315 with the other end screwed to chassis ground. You can mount the 1315 unit anywhere it will fit.
