The Hella one is newer than his and all the components are tiny little surface-mount dealies, so there's no WAY I'm getting near it with a soldering iron. The EAP's are older thru-hole parts types, but the layout is such that the resistors are hidden under the mechanical relay part. I bet there are a dozen different variants of the 19.
