My 2004 Cat C7 powered motor home does 7-9 mpg. I was writing from
experience.

Don't believe the Diesel pushers getting 12 mpg though.

quite possible. My 10 ton HINO box truck got right around 12mpg at 60-63
mph when it was new and probably didn't have as good aerodynamics as
some diesel pushers.
