I found this site lurking in my bookmarks and can seem to get it translated. It appears to be a mod to an existing relay via a rheostat. The mod looks simple enough and a rheostat knob is by far a simpler setup for those of us unencumbered by the thought process. I had a programmable on a Volvo and it drove me nuts. Can someone translate this? I tried Russian---it looks eastern bloc to me...
