Hey Dana, while you're replacing those tie downs be sure to clean all
the crud from under your luggage rack. When I did this replacement on
my 80 westy I installed four of those little curved screens that they
use for wasking machine hoses. I just glued them to the underside with
the screen sticking through. Hopefully it will cut down on the crud
for the new owner.
