 I don't have any secret spots/hikes to recommend, but there are some good
restaurants in Torrey (Café Diablo) & Boulder (Hell's Backbone Grille) & a
decent pizza place/brew pub in Escalante.

In any event, as you already know, you can't go wrong in any of the areas
you have selected to visit & this is the perfect time of year to be there!
Enjoy-wish I could go!
