So what's their garage like?  Do they actually work there?  I've heard they
have scads of business and charge lots because they are famous.  Please,
tell me it ain't true!!!!

And how could you take a Vanagon there, since they dump on our lovely
vehicles at all opportunities!??!!?  Horrors! :-)
