yup. ad in www.thesamba.com

http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=298681

sez two run, one doesn't. three vans, three colors: burgundy, orly blue, and looks like flash silver. quote the ad: "2 run excellent 1 great but has head gasket issue, does over heat but very smooth. Needs poss. top end redone. All three have alloys 2 have power windows, 3 windows weak, 2 have power mirrors. they have very little rust or body issues on any. maroon one is a 1990, blue one is a 1988 wolfsburg edition, gold one is 1986. the maroon and gold one have wolfsburg additions."

now you know as much as i do. for someone in the area, who has lots of money and lots of time, and a BIG garage, might be a good deal. :)

unca joel
