We have a few good bus clubs in your general area. Also have a bunch of
shows coming up as well. I have an event listing here

Take a look at the shows in and around Austin and click the links for more
info. There will be Facebook groups and club pages you can join in order to
get into the loop on happenings.

One of the biggest bus campouts is on Lake Belton not far from you... Named
Texas Busfest held in October. I'd definitely recommend attending.

Also.. Whomever you traded your Vanagon to, be sure to forward them to our
