The major areas I look would be; the inside of the sliding door bottom, The inside of the rear hatch bottom, front door steps, under the inlet hook ups, the most rear bottom panel, behind the front bumper on top.

And to look at the wheel wells of course first. The rear hatch has little plugs and they must come out to let the water out. The kitchen has to come out to take care of the rust behind it. Once the rust is contained, POR 15 is to apply (Paint-On-Rust) to shut the oxigen out for any further rusting. Zoltan
