I suspect that your passenger side wiper is loose on the post. Check whether it can be moved when the wipers are off. Loosen the nut (it might be under a little plastic cap), pull the wiper arm off and clean out the grooves which are supposed to bite into the metal they mate with. Then replace the arm in the resting position and tighten down the nut as tight as you dare without breaking the bolt. :-) Good luck, Larry A.
